I've spent years working with data, systems, and real-world business problems, and I started 19Labs after seeing the same pattern again and again: businesses paying for technology they don't fully use, living with avoidable frustrations, or feeling unsure who to ask for straightforward advice.
What 19Labs does
19Labs helps Jersey businesses get their technology working properly. No jargon, no pressure, no overcomplication.
It's focused on practical fixes and tools that genuinely make day-to-day work easier, whether that's sorting out messy systems, saving time through automation, or making sensible use of AI.
A bit about me (without the fluff)
I've always been genuinely interested in technology. Not just as a job, but as something I enjoy understanding, improving, and tinkering with in my own time.
That curiosity carries over into how I work with clients. I like getting under the bonnet, figuring out why something isn't working properly, and finding solutions that actually fit how people run their business rather than what sounds impressive on paper.
I'm not interested in pushing tools for the sake of it. If something isn't worth doing, I'll say so. If there's a simple fix rather than a big rebuild, that's usually where we start.
